As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your role is vital in maintaining the high standards of service that CSM Corporation is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests in a courteous and positive manner, anticipating their needs.
- Deliver exceptional service by processing check-ins and check-outs, verifying billing, and managing reservations.
- Provide assistance to guests by sharing knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and service hours.
- Implement the company’s guest service recovery program to address any concerns.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and general work rules.
- Participate in all required departmental and hotel meetings.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
