Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests in a courteous and positive manner, anticipating their needs.
  • Deliver exceptional service by processing check-ins and check-outs, verifying billing, and managing reservations.
  • Provide assistance to guests by sharing knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and service hours.
  • Implement the company’s guest service recovery program to address any concerns.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and general work rules.
  • Participate in all required departmental and hotel meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED is required.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
