Account Manager Job Description
Knight Office Solutions Inc is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales within your assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cultivate Enduring Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive growth within the target market and pioneer new business avenues.
- Assess Client Requirements: Analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions that integrate our extensive range of copier, printer, and IT products and services.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market evolutions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Contract Negotiation: Guide client contract discussions and secure favorable terms that align with our company goals.
- Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data to inform senior management decisions.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven sales account management experience, particularly in print, copier, and IT solutions.
- Strong analytical skills for market analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in solution-selling environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team work.
- Strategic thinking to create and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; or related experience and/or training.
- Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage for company business use.
