Role: Program Manager (MS Visio Expert)

Location: Richmond, VA

Position Summary

This role encompasses comprehensive technology support for programs and initiatives, including financial management of initiatives. The individual will undertake initiative management responsibilities related to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recovery efforts. The position is accountable for the technical execution of projects that support the Rewards team. The role entails direct and matrixed execution responsibilities across all technology organizations, as well as collaboration with the LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side to deliver the program and initiatives. The individual will manage multiple initiatives or a significant single initiative, partnering with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop business features for technology solutions. The role also involves assisting with technology estimates and managing low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects leading to full-scale deployment in a live environment.

Essential Skills

• Preferred experience in IT Quality Assurance on Banking applications.

• Experience in managing projects in roles such as Scrum Master or Product Manager is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential.

• Strong knowledge of SQL is required.

• Excellent communication skills within a multi-disciplinary team, often across various locations and time zones.

• Ability to lead meetings to clarify team capabilities, reporting, and/or potential data issues. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The expected annual compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Depending on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, which include a comprehensive range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
