  • Collaborate with peer supervisors and IT Portfolio Managers to fulfill customer requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to supervise technical teams and manage multiple complex projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and leading presentations.
  • Effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, with experience in developing and implementing work plans.
  • Ability to interpret and apply IT policies and procedures, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in system analysis and design, with the capability to gather and present performance metrics to management.
  • Knowledge of IT policy compliance, program maintenance, and business process improvement.
  • Expertise in managing IT functions, including governance, compliance, enterprise architecture, and service management.

The compensation for this position ranges from $130,000 to $145,000, depending on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
