Your Role

The SASE market presents a significant opportunity. Our top-tier solutions require a trusted cybersecurity partner capable of establishing a zero-trust security framework. Our clients depend on us for essential transformations, and our diverse solutions are key to achieving this.

As a District Sales Manager for the Civilian sector, you will guide a team of field sales professionals, developing and executing strategies to enhance business growth. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performing team to drive revenue and meet both individual and collective targets.

Your Contributions
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs through thorough research and insights.
  • Support your team by actively participating in and leading client meetings.
  • Engage in weekly territory pipeline reviews to coach team members on effective closure strategies.
  • Participate in territory planning and relationship building to drive revenue and assist your team in closing deals.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on achieving results in bookings and sales development while mentoring your team.
  • Possess in-depth technical knowledge of our offerings to address customer challenges holistically.
  • Lead and manage team selling initiatives.
  • Hold yourself and your team accountable for meeting ambitious goals while maintaining a proactive mindset in the face of challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with leaders at all levels, including C-suite executives, to build trust and rapport.
  • Influence change management successfully.
  • Develop a winning team through effective recruitment, hiring, and training, while upholding our core values.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in SaaS architectures, particularly within the networking and security sectors, with a preference for SASE technology.
  • Experience with channel and partner sales strategies.
  • A proven track record of building high-performing teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales pipelines and achieving results year over year.
  • A highly motivated individual with a strong focus on execution and urgency, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Consistent history of meeting revenue targets while prioritizing team development.
  • Skilled in managing significant client escalations and challenges.
  • Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across various functions.
  • A collaborative leader who values teamwork and builds strong relationships across departments.
