Your Role

The SASE opportunity is significant, and our top-tier solutions require a reliable cybersecurity partner to establish a zero-trust security framework. As a District Sales Manager for the Civilian sector, you will guide a team of field sales representatives, crafting and implementing strategies to optimize business expansion. Your leadership will be crucial in developing your team to drive revenue and meet both individual and collective targets.

Your Contributions

Qualifications
  • Proven experience and understanding of SaaS architectures, preferably within the networking or security sectors, with a focus on SASE technology.
  • Experience with channel and partner sales frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in creating high-performing teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Consistent track record of successful sales pipeline management and results.
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong execution focus and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • History of meeting revenue targets while prioritizing team development and growth.
  • Ability to manage significant client escalations and issues effectively.
  • Excellent influencing skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to communicate and build consensus across various functions.
