Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor all branch staff, including mortgage loan officers, compliance experts, operations personnel, underwriters, processing teams, and other mortgage specialists to create a cohesive team.
- Assist team members in reaching sales targets by providing leadership, training, and motivation.
- Ensure adherence to branch protocols, policies, and procedures by all team members.
- Excel in achieving all pipeline management, sales oversight, and new business development objectives to enhance market presence.
- Promote and represent our organization among business partners and referral networks, such as real estate agents, with a strong focus on maintaining our reputation.
Required Qualifications
- NMLS or state licensing is preferred.
- Proficient in all aspects of the mortgage loan origination process, with a solid understanding of products and regulations including FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loans.
- A bachelor's degree in banking, finance, business administration, or economics is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience in the banking or mortgage industry, with 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity in customer service, operations, business development, human resources, or sales management.
- Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, along with outstanding communication skills.
