Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage the Service Team: Provide direction and guidance to service managers and team leaders across all talent-related functions, including recruitment, hiring, training, career development, and performance management.
- Develop Operational Policies and Strategies: Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies, strategies, and key performance indicators for the assigned region and business unit.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key carrier and vendor contacts, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams.
- Elevate Service Standards: Establish measurable service standards and elevate the department's professionalism, service platform, and output.
- Design and Implement Training Programs: Partner with other service leaders and corporate departments to design and implement impactful training programs aimed at improving service effectiveness.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Set and uphold high service standards, driving operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Client Onboarding and Renewal: Oversee the onboarding of new clients and the renewal process for existing clients.
- Agency Management System: Manage the adoption and enhancement of standardized agency management system processes.
- Service Leadership Liaison: Act as the service leadership liaison for the assigned region and business unit, working closely with regional service leadership, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance brokerage or a related field, with expertise in the relevant discipline (life and health or property & casualty).
- Previous management experience is required, with a preference for experience in managing supervisors or team leads.
- Must hold a current insurance license in the relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, conferences, or other business-related functions.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
