The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding US team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for initiating contact with school leaders, handling objections, and securing appointments through strategic cold calling and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and cold calling to identify new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with school leaders and decision-makers
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value to schools
  • Traveling to conferences, events, and school meetings to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced, motivated team environment
  • Proven track record of performance in enterprise sales, sales to K-12, or recruitment
  • Passion for sales and a growth mindset, committed to advancing your professional skills
  • Strong bias towards action, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Previous experience in education and special education is a plus
