Sales Account Executive

Job Summary:
Eclaro is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, identifying, and establishing strategic client relationships with a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target key customer segments, industries, and areas for revenue generation through leveraging cold calls, sales tools, technology & other innovative solutions.
* Uncover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships, inclusive of but not limited to tradeshow attendance and travel.
* Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
* Managing and supporting clients throughout the full sales cycle, right from early engagement and discovery, negotiation and contracting, through to implementation and Go-Live.
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams (Customer Success & Support, Finance, Legal, and Marketing) to enable an efficient interaction between Client & the client and drive new client acquisition, renewal, and account expansion opportunities.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the leadership team.
* Responsible for the retention, contract negotiation and contract extensions of partners in the individual account portfolio.
* Execute and develop new account sales strategy and monitor account performance.
* Review performance data with client to influence buying and promotional partnership.
Requirements:
* 2+ years demonstrated B2B Sales experience.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated success in strategic thinking, planning and implementation - a strong desire and track record of getting things done.
* Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
* Volume based sales experience with proved metric achievements.
* Effective when communicating with technical and non-technical individuals to drive understanding and inspire creativity.
* Excellent communication / presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
* Organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong ability to manage through influence.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) or other tech stacks like LinkedIn Prospector is a plus - add new tech stack.
* Retail Client experience.
Salary: $60,000 / year
