Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chip's - DC - The Wharf is seeking an experienced and well-rounded Sous Chef to oversee the kitchen staff and maintain a sanitary, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and the ability to follow and enforce the Executive Chef's requirements and guidelines. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to meet health and safety standards.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menus and recipes.
