We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Pastry Chef to join our Michelin-starred culinary team at Bresca and Jónt in Washington D.C.
A competitive salary is offered for this position, estimated to be around $85,000 per year, taking into account the location and industry standards.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Pastry Sous Chef and be able to lead our pastry team in creating exquisite pastries and desserts that meet the highest standards. They will work closely with the executive chef to develop menus and ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Extensive experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of French and Japanese pastry techniques
- Ability to lead a team and train junior staff members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
