Sales Execution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Execution Manager to join our team at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales and merchandising professionals to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales and execution strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer products/direct store delivery sales.
- Proven track record of managing people and budgets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Intermediate computer and database application skills.
- Prior experience in beverage sales.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in DSD/retail sales.
- Prior order replenishment experience.
