Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise solution sales. This role presents a unique opportunity to significantly influence our company's growth by driving sales and revenue within the enterprise sector.

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and enhance relationships with our most significant and strategic clients while also identifying and securing new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulating and implementing strategic sales plans to effectively manage accounts within your designated territory.
  • Overseeing complex sales processes and articulating the value of our enterprise solutions to C-level executives.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers in existing accounts, while expanding our market presence and generating new opportunities.
  • Negotiating contracts and finalizing agreements to optimize profitability.
  • Consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
  • Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and updates to sales leadership.
  • Keeping abreast of new product developments and market trends.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Enterprise Account Executive role will possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in SaaS.
  • A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong background in developing strategic plans and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in account management and cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
