About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our fast-paced sales team at Jobot. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our largest and most strategic customers, as well as identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively cover the accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and present the value of our enterprise solutions to C-level executives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in existing accounts, while expanding footprint and creating new opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and updates to the sales leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product offerings and market trends.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience in developing strategic plans and executing sales strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience in account management and building strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
