Your Impact

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will cultivate customer relationships to market our products and services, utilizing prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and lead generation through referrals. You will manage a portfolio of active accounts, identifying business needs and aligning them with T-Mobile for Business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Proactively seek and secure new enterprise clients, expanding T-Mobile's presence within the Fortune 1000 sector through strategic outreach.
  • Strategic Engagement: Gain a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by Fortune 1000 companies, employing solution-oriented selling to build meaningful partnerships and drive significant business results.
  • Sales Excellence: Utilize advanced sales automation tools and prospecting methodologies to engage effectively with C-level executives, enhancing sales efficiency.
  • Leadership and Analytics: Take a proactive approach in managing the sales pipeline, generating insightful analytics and accurate forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborative Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for customers, aligning efforts for successful outcomes.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough research to gain insights into the business landscape, developing impactful sales strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations and finalize sales agreements, ensuring T-Mobile's solutions align perfectly with the objectives of large organizations.

Your ability to navigate complex sales environments and your commitment to driving success for Fortune 1000 clients will establish T-Mobile as a preferred partner for business solutions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years of acquisition sales experience with a proven track record in a commissioned environment (Required)
  • 2-4 years of technology or wireless sales experience with Fortune 1000 companies (Required)
