Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Bilingual Outside Sales Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for generating leads, attracting new clients, and finalizing sales. Your duties will include preparing and submitting sales reports, establishing relationships with both new and existing clients in your designated area, assessing their requirements, and successfully negotiating agreements. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, outstanding customer service and negotiation abilities, and a strong motivation to close sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Travel to meet with potential and existing clients within your assigned territory
  • Achieve or surpass assigned sales goals
  • Design and execute an effective sales strategy
  • Record all leads, sales, and client interactions in the customer relationship management system
  • Employ best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to secure deals
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in outside sales
  • Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Positive attitude with a persistent approach
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Willingness to travel regularly

This position is remote.
