Our cutting-edge application allows users to effortlessly scan their surroundings with an iPhone, generating a detailed 3D model of a property in mere minutes, which can then be transformed into a CAD model.

As a global, remote-first organization, Swooped boasts a diverse workforce across various regions, including the United States and Europe. Since our inception, we have pioneered advancements in mobile 3D sensing technology, with our first product launch in 2013.

Over the years, we have developed industry-leading solutions in SLAM technology, 3D reconstruction, and the conversion of scans into semantic CAD models. Our innovative use of LiDAR sensors has been showcased in numerous high-profile applications.


Your Role:


As a Client Engagement Associate, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional, tailored support to clients throughout their journey, from pre-sale inquiries to onboarding and ongoing assistance, ensuring prompt responses and accurate information.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, remembering their preferences and understanding their business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via various channels, including email and messaging platforms, adapting your communication style to suit each individual.
  • Prioritize your workload to ensure that all clients, from small business owners to large enterprises, receive the attention they deserve.
  • Resolve client issues independently, utilizing your problem-solving skills without relying on scripts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to escalate issues and translate common client feedback into actionable insights for product development.
  • Become a product expert, familiarizing yourself with frequently asked questions and the technology behind our offerings.
  • Create informative support materials, such as articles and video tutorials, to enhance the customer experience and streamline support processes.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer support or client success roles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Genuine interest in technology and a passion for exploring new innovations.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and adapt to varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, as you will engage with clients and team members regularly.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with CAD software.
  • Knowledge of the home improvement sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills, reflecting market standards and will include both salary and equity options at Swooped.
