Position Summary:

The Sales Account Executive plays a crucial role within the internal sales division. By embodying the Spitzer Lighting brand, this individual collaborates with assigned representative agencies to guarantee that they receive outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and features, while delivering courteous and professional service. Identify opportunities for upselling and articulate the benefits of new offerings.
  • Accurately input quotes and confirmed orders into the system to ensure efficiency and precision.
  • Work alongside team members to share insights on sales strategies and marketing initiatives, providing constructive feedback to the marketing department for updates on promotional materials.
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Send follow-up communications to representative agencies expressing gratitude after visits made by the outside sales director. Coordinate with the sales director regarding the dispatch of samples following customer confirmation.

Incentives: Quarterly bonuses based on sales achievements.

Work Schedule: 8 AM to 4 PM

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
