Sales Account Executive at AmTrust Financial Services: A Key Role in Driving Business Growth
As a Sales Account Executive at AmTrust Financial Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing new clients and increasing the client base. Your primary responsibility will be to sell Media's products and services by offering payroll processing, tax payment, PAYO, and 401K reporting and HR and Benefits.
Our company aims to provide small and medium-sized business owners with an alternative to large, multi-national payroll companies. With over 800 accounts, we offer payroll and employer administrative services primarily to businesses in New Jersey with 1-200 employees in manufacturing and various service industries.
We provide affordable payroll processing technology, allowing small to medium-sized companies to delegate number-crunching to our team of experts and gain valuable time for business management. Outsourcing payroll ensures compliance with ever-changing government requirements and increases employee privacy in the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients and new referral sources utilizing multiple communication devices: the telephone, direct mail, seminars, in-person visits.
- Sell the Media Data solution to business owners, HR professionals, Certified Public Accountants, and Tax specialists at in-person meetings and over the phone.
- Be the face of the organization.
- Resolve current customer problems or complaints.
- Assist in completing all on-boarding forms and new customer agreements.
Qualifications
- 1 year of sales/marketing experience.
- Cyberpay or payroll software experience is required.
- H.S. Diploma.
- Valid Drivers License required.
