About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Healthcare and Life Sciences Strategic Industries organization, you will work closely with our customers to deliver technology solutions that accelerate science, speed drug development, and improve healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage functional project requirements and documentation, roadmap, internal & external dependencies, timeline, market sizing, and business modeling
  • Act as a project champion to onboard partners and customers. Drive activities that promote solutions and gather input from customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate the sales team to enable delivery of new solutions and develop complimentary goals, tracking and metrics
  • Apply domain and technical expertise to anticipate challenges, remove blockers and accelerate industry work
Requirements
  • 10+ years Project Management experience
  • 7+ years of technical skills including cloud devops, software development, agile methodologies, and requirement gathering
  • 10+ Years of experience working in industry
  • 5+ Years of industry relevant technology expertise in cloud
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
  • Advanced degree in healthcare or life sciences
