Job Opportunity:

CTR Group is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Healthcare Business Development Specialist in Dallas, TX. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with hospital and skilled nursing professionals to maximize referral networks. Your primary goal will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, while maintaining existing relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hospital and skilled nursing professionals to build referral networks.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through consistent nurturing of professional medical relationships.
  • Visit businesses and families at local sites to build connections and drive sales growth.
  • Manage the sales process, guiding families through the search process of finding the best senior living available.
  • Maintain contacts in Salesforce CRM system.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in meeting individual sales quotas.
  • Comfortable spending considerable time in hospitals talking to medical professionals.
  • Consistent work history with demonstrated results in sales, account management, and building referral networks.
  • Ability to build connections with families who need senior living services.
