Strategic Engagement Director for Enterprise Sales

Role Overview

In this pivotal position, you will drive ServiceNow's long-term revenue growth and profitability through strategic transactions across our Americas business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end deal strategies to close complex deals exceeding $10M+
  • Lead in-region deal teams and cross-functional execution teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Cultivate trust-based relationships with senior executives within ServiceNow to secure support for customer sales goals
  • Implement a consistent programmatic approach to help regional sales organizations and deal execution teams close strategic deals
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 9+ years of experience in the software industry with 5+ years of direct sales experience into Enterprise accounts
  • Prior experience in Large Deal or Corporate Strategy/Business Development is highly beneficial
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Compensation Package

ServiceNow offers an attractive compensation package, including a base pay range of $178,010 - $293,790, plus variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
