About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Ghost, a leading private, B2B marketplace that helps scale distribution for top brands worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and enhancements to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our platform in the market.
  • Lead the development of sales enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, and case studies, to support the sales team in effectively communicating the value proposition of our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, engineering, and design, to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Create compelling content and collateral to support product marketing campaigns, such as whitepapers, case studies, and product videos.
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns and programs to generate demand and drive pipeline growth.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to develop customer advocacy programs and leverage customer testimonials and success stories in marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to gather customer feedback and insights to inform product roadmap decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing B2B technology products.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and drive engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
