Role Summary:

As the inaugural Product Strategist for our Property Management Division, you will spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge property management solutions. With a fresh start and minimal technical liabilities, you have a rare chance to integrate the finest technologies from diverse sectors into our operations, fostering significant growth within a new business segment at Truehold. Your efforts will enhance operational efficiency and improve the resident experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing a product strategy for innovative property management solutions that prioritize operational excellence and resident satisfaction.
  • Conducting comprehensive market analysis and collaborating with colleagues across various departments to understand their requirements, thus driving product advancements.
  • Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, particularly operational leaders, to create and deliver user-focused solutions that optimize property management workflows.
  • Identifying and prioritizing product features and improvements that address the practical needs of daily operations and enhance user engagement.
  • Managing the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that new tools and features align with strategic objectives.
  • Establishing success metrics for new implementations and leveraging analytical insights to enhance performance and impact.

Your Qualifications:

  • A builder mindset with a strong commitment to creating automation and operational efficiency.
  • A resourceful approach, even if unconventional. There is much to construct.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • A solid foundation in API integrations and systems interoperability is essential.
  • Capability to comprehend and analyze data models and their interrelations across various systems.
  • Experience with deploying AI solutions such as OpenAI Assistants API or similar technologies is highly advantageous.
  • Additional experience in Single Family Rentals is a plus.
  • Comfortable collaborating with operational managers and other essential stakeholders.
  • Proficient in navigating traditional software development, low-code/no-code solutions, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging and coordinating with various teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
