Job Title: Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team at Hire With Jarvis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in growing and solidifying our relationship with Microsoft.

Role Overview:

The Partner Development Manager will be responsible for building and scaling our partnership with Microsoft, establishing strong relationships with Microsoft representatives to drive project introductions and client referrals. You will work directly with Microsoft representatives and partners to create new business opportunities, expand our presence, and promote our expertise in data analytics, cloud solutions, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Development: Build and scale the partnership with Microsoft, establishing strong relationships with Microsoft representatives to drive project introductions and client referrals.
  • Networking & Influence: Get in front of Microsoft reps and the Microsoft partner channel to promote our specialties (e.g., Synapse, Databricks, Fabric), and highlight successful case studies.
  • Referral Program Creation: Design and develop a robust partner/alliance referral program to accelerate growth through the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Storytelling & Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling narratives that resonate with Microsoft reps, emphasizing our unique value proposition.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and the Microsoft Head to influence and steer partnership strategies for mutual growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building and scaling alliances or partnerships within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, such as Synapse, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels, including Microsoft representatives.
  • Experience in developing and executing referral programs or partner channel strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories that showcase our expertise.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to build programs and partnerships from the ground up.
