As a top five SBA 7(a) preferred lender, our parent company offers SBA express and small loan capabilities. We're seeking a Business Loan Specialist - Partnerships to join our team and drive originations with our 50+ strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process partner loan applications for iBF term loans and SBA loans, ensuring all documentation is ready for underwriting review.
  • Manage multiple communication channels with partners to request outstanding items, follow up, and facilitate funding partner loans.
  • Organize and maintain a pipeline of 100+ applications through various stages of review and closing.
  • Build an understanding of the SMB finance market to help partners understand the unique value props of our products and drive further partner-funded originations.
  • Synthesize feedback from partners to maintain a unique loan product for small businesses.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Organized to keep the flow of partner applications streamlined
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment

What We Offer

United States, Remote, Base salary range of: $50,000 - $60,000 base + $24,000 OTE + benefits
