About the Role
As a Clinical Nursing Leader with Providence, you will be an integral part of our team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.

Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical staff performance and provide coaching and mentoring to improve their skills
- Develop and implement clinical best practices to ensure high-quality patient care
- Work closely with other members of the leadership team to achieve organizational goals

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 3 years of experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
