The role of a Clinical Supervisor is integral to our team, overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and leading by example, this position may be the perfect fit.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience. A minimum of three years' recent RN experience, managing complex patients, or successful completion of an RN Ambulatory Residency program is also required. National Provider BLS certification and Oregon Registered Nurse License are mandatory upon hire.

Ambulatory setting experience and proven leadership skills are highly desirable. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide patient education, develop training programs, and conduct performance evaluations. Your strong communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to excel in this demanding yet rewarding role.
