Job Summary:

Crestview Management, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests, handle room changes, and ensure that all rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments, manage room charges, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and communicate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software.
