Hotel Front Desk Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn North Alpharetta. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Provide a warm welcome to every guest, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring that you provide correct keys and room numbers.
  • Communication and Coordination: Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure that guest accommodations are ready and manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping: Ensure that hotel guest information is current and correct, and perform regular bookkeeping duties.
  • Customer Service: Manage customer complaints when necessary and provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems, strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred.
Compensation:

$16 per hour
