Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage guest reservations, including room assignments and modifications.
  • Assist with guest requests, such as providing directions, making restaurant reservations, and arranging for transportation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business preferred.
  • Minimum one year of front desk experience in the hospitality industry or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
