Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage guest reservations, including room assignments and modifications.
- Assist with guest requests, such as providing directions, making restaurant reservations, and arranging for transportation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business preferred.
- Minimum one year of front desk experience in the hospitality industry or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
