Job Overview

The Strategic Organizing Center is seeking a seasoned campaign professional to lead comprehensive initiatives that challenge America's largest corporations to take responsibility for their impact on working families and communities. This role will be an integral part of the Strategic Research and Campaigns (SRC) team, driving corporate reform campaigns in partnership with affiliated unions.

About the Role:

  • Lead research, development, and execution of strategy for corporate reform campaigns.
  • Design campaign plans and supervise execution by a team of corporate campaigners, attorneys, and communicators.
  • Mentor junior campaigners on strategy and execution.

About You:

  • 7+ years of strong campaign experience in union, political, or community organizing.
  • 2+ years as a campaign supervisor at a labor union or progressive advocacy organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

$86,423 - $119,823 per year, depending on experience. The SOC offers 100% employer-paid comprehensive health insurance benefits, 401K retirement plan contribution, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, cell phone provision, commuter benefits, flexible spending accounts, 13 days accrued sick leave, 14 paid holidays, 10 paid vacation days, 2 personal days, 4 compensatory time days, and 8 weeks paid parental leave.
