**Job Description:**

The Executive Leadership Council seeks a highly skilled Director of Marketing to join its Communications & Marketing team in Washington, DC. This role will be responsible for executing the organization's strategic marketing plan, developing marketing collateral, managing the website, and planning SEO/SEM campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in strategy development and coordinate daily operations of marketing activities.
  • Execute marketing plans/campaigns to promote events, initiatives, research, and press publications.
  • Understand market trends, competition, and target audiences.
  • Develop marketing-related communications, including annual reports, membership newsletters, marketing materials, and website content.
  • Establish and maintain consistent branding across product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Coordinate timing of communication departmental initiatives.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in marketing, digital, and traditional.
  • 3-5 years of experience in creating and executing social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM database marketing campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.

**Salary:** Estimated $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
