Campaigns Strategy Director

The Strategic Organizing Center (SOC) is a leading force in advocating for workers' rights and corporate reform. We are seeking an experienced Campaigns Strategy Director to lead our efforts in challenging America's largest corporations to take responsibility for their business practices.
About the PositionThis role will be an integral part of our Strategic Research and Campaigns (SRC) team, developing and executing comprehensive corporate reform campaigns in partnership with SOC affiliate unions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategy for corporate reform campaigns
- Lead research and campaign development processes
- Design campaign plans and supervise execution by a team of campaigners
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXTERNAL PARTNERS AND SPECIALISTS
- Mentor junior campaigners on strategy and execution

- Strong commitment to progressive social change
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Track record of driving ideas and managing multiple initiatives
- Experience conducting effective meetings and building relationships
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
The salary range for this position is $86,423 – 119,823 per year. The SOC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K retirement plan, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, cell phone provision, Commuter Benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), 13 days of accrued sick leave, 14 paid holidays, 10 days of paid vacation, 2 personal days, and 4 days of compensatory time. We also offer 8 weeks of paid parental leave.
