About the Position

This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote public health, working closely with local officials, community leaders, and external partners to drive positive change. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health, program management, and community engagement. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

The estimated salary for this role is between $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs that promote public health
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including county officials, community leaders, and external partners
  • Manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making data-driven decisions to improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in program management, public health, or healthcare administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
