**Job Description:** Director of Strategic Crime Guns Programs

The Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence is seeking a Director to lead its Combating Crime Guns Initiative (CCGI) regional/local programs. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and support to existing programs in the Midwest, California, and Mid-Atlantic regions. This includes supervising employees, collaborating with external partners, and implementing key programmatic initiatives such as community summits and storytelling projects.

**Estimated Salary:** $140,000 - $170,000 per year

This role requires a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in public health or non-profit organizations. An advanced degree in a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated knowledge of the root causes of gun violence. Previous experience supervising a team is a plus.
