About the Role

As a Sales Territory Representative at Asphalt Life, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors, and builders in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your territory
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer development
  • Strong knowledge of the building materials industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking); bilingualism is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
