Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our regional operations, drive sales growth, and ensure the success of our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Regional Team: Lead the regional team to achieve sales growth, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Develop Business Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Regional Sales: Manage regional sales, market share, and product support, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Act as the executive face of LiftOne to customers in the assigned territory, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Optimize Machinery Transactions: Develop and implement processes to enhance and maximize the long-term profitability of machinery transactions.
  • Manage Machinery Inventories: Manage machinery inventories, working closely with the VP of Marketing and Sales and the Used and Rental Asset Manager to maximize return on investment.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Provide leadership and expertise for continuous improvement of key functions to best-in-class levels in the areas of efficiency, quality, profitability, and responsiveness.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all safety programs, internal audit standards, organizational processes, and company policies are adhered to across the region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing, with advanced education a plus.
  • Senior-Level Experience: Senior-level management experience, with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of general business issues, including inventory, asset management, ROI, financial statement analysis, and industry trends.
  • Capital Asset Management: Experience managing high-dollar capital assets, with a proven track record in dealing with six-figure assets.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computing skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft suite of business software.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence, with strong communication and presentation skills.
