Position: Regional Sales Manager at ZWILLING J.A. Henckels

We are in search of a Regional Sales Manager to oversee key elements of our retail partnerships across several states, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. This position is pivotal in managing sales strategies, administrative functions, and effective communication with independent gourmet retailers and select mid-sized regional accounts. The successful candidate will be a driven professional with extensive experience in sales, merchandising, training, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients.
  • Ensure consistent communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Deliver updates regarding account-specific information.

Business Management:

  • Market and sell ZWILLING products to retail establishments.
  • Formulate and execute strategic business plans for expansion.
  • Examine sales metrics and resolve challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate on promotional initiatives.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee financial budgets and various administrative responsibilities.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales personnel.

Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive reports related to sales performance and product projections.
  • Maintain order documentation and follow up on order statuses.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales within consumer goods.
  • Strong expertise in wholesale and retail sales.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
