About the Role

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in the Atlanta/Charleston SC region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed regional sales quotas and key execution metrics
  • Coach and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and trade opinion leaders
  • Develop and leverage key stakeholder relationships to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and programs
  • Manage and analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and improve sales performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
