Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for executives regarding critical leadership vacancies on a global scale.
  • Exhibit sound judgment while embodying our Core Values and Leadership principles in everyday tasks.
  • Facilitate client update sessions on ongoing searches, guide leaders on their roles in the selection process, align candidate profiles, and implement a structured interview framework.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with senior management to identify ideal candidates for open technical roles across the international organization.
  • Act as a consultant and collaborator with internal partners across various HR functions, including HR Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Incentives, Organizational Culture, and HR Operations.
Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within consumer technology or internet sectors, with a blend of in-house and search recruiting experience.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in recruiting technical and product leaders, along with developing a systematic leadership recruitment strategy that emphasizes a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and global environment.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and the skill to foster positive relationships with leadership, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Strong cross-cultural awareness, ideally gained from a similar global recruitment role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
