**Job Summary:**
The Regional Property Manager at Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the management of multiple properties in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. This individual will demonstrate excellent leadership skills, proactively manage their team with accountability, and ensure the customer comes first.
Key Responsibilities:
- Walk the properties assigned to ensure they are being managed effectively.
- Comply with daily, weekly, and monthly team deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects and rent collections.
- Act as the main point of contact for property owners and property managers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Supervise a portfolio of multi-family Affordable properties, ensuring the physical asset and performance of assigned properties are maintained.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management.
- Accountable for monthly budgeting and reviewing financials to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
- Directly supervise employees to ensure timely completion of projects, rent collections, timesheets, and other tasks.
- Oversee and monitor annual re-certifications for properties to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Making hiring decisions to ensure the right employee is in the right seat.
- Assessing property needs by evaluating staff performance and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills with a helpful/service-based attitude.
- Acquires strong problem-solving abilities, synthesizing multiple opinions and recommending solutions.
- Managing, scheduling, and inspecting apartment maintenance, property marketing, and property insurance.
- Strong supervisory, personnel management, and organizational skills.
- Communicate clearly and verbally.
- Demonstrate a professionalism, strong self-confidence, initiative, and independent judgment.
- Takes action with appropriate urgency, empathy, and enthusiasm.
Additional Qualifications:
- Supervising the management of multiple properties.
- Managing staff.
- Yardi Voyager experience.
- Proficient knowledge of California Property Management Policies and Procedures.
Education:
- Certification in Fair Housing.
- Real Estate License.
