We are seeking a committed On-site Property Manager to supervise a residential complex consisting of 44 units. This role offers the unique benefit of residing on the property, with a one-bedroom apartment included. The position provides opportunities for professional development through training and career advancement.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee rent collection processes.
- Perform inspections of units and the property.
- Promote and lease available units.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks and vendor services.
- Manage daily operational responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in property management.
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager software.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capability to lead maintenance personnel.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Proven skills in marketing and leasing.
- Must live on-site.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance are required.
- Background checks and other screenings will be performed.
Compensation Package:
- Hourly wage of $17.50.
- Full-time role with 40 hours per week.
- One-bedroom apartment provided as part of the package.
