Compensation Package:
- Hourly wage ranging from $18.50 to $22.50 for a standard 40-hour workweek
- Affordable 2-bedroom apartment available for $1,200/month
- Monthly auto allowance of $300 and phone reimbursement of $25
- Total compensation package valued at approximately $61,725 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage rent collections efficiently
- Conduct thorough inspections of units and properties
- Implement marketing strategies to lease vacant units
- Foster positive resident relations and coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff
- Handle service notices and manage daily operations
- Perform market surveys to assess competitive apartment rates
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in property management across multiple sites
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in vendor management
- Computer literacy is required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively market and lease apartments
- Must reside on-site and be available to work weekends
- A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are mandatory
- Background checks, DMV checks, and a pre-employment physical will be part of the hiring process
