Position Overview

Are you an experienced Property Manager with a passion for enhancing the properties, residents, and owners you serve? Do you excel in a fast-paced environment where each day presents new challenges? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As our Property Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of a diverse portfolio of multifamily and HOA properties in the Los Angeles area. Your responsibilities will include managing tenant and homeowner relationships and ensuring that every aspect of the properties is well-maintained. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive living experience for residents and a profitable environment for property owners.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Management and hold a Bachelor's degree. Familiarity with Appfolio software is advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a small office setting.

Hybrid work arrangements are acceptable, with a requirement of at least 3 days in the office.

Compensation

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000
