Role Summary

- Experience in establishing a team's long-term strategic vision, aligning with the organization's goals, and leading strategic product discussions.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in conducting A/B testing, evaluating feature performance, and presenting findings to leadership.
- Expertise in streamlining processes across teams and stakeholders to improve collaboration and productivity.
- Proven capability to organize and lead workshops and sprints, driving team progress and uncovering new opportunities through effective research skills.

Salary Range: The base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $210,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The displayed range represents the minimum and maximum for a new hire across the U.S. for this role. Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, education, training, experience, certifications, and other unique factors.
