As we continue to expand, we are in search of a proactive and dynamic Sales Insights Manager to collaborate with our OEM and Tier 1 sales teams. This collaboration will facilitate informed decision-making, resource allocation, and strategic planning across all organizational levels. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly revenue, volume, and industry reporting for the organization.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that equip the organization with essential metrics for effective business planning.
  • Create and sustain a forecasting platform that guides the organization towards its long-term objectives.
  • Analyze pipeline data utilizing Salesforce information from the global sales team.
  • Establish and manage KPIs, providing regular reports to business units.
  • Oversee sales controlling to ensure alignment with business units and finance partners.
  • Engage in various special projects that support leadership at all organizational levels.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A self-driven individual capable of managing and prioritizing their workload with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to comprehend customer needs and effectively communicate solutions to both clients and Molex Business Units.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive and electronics sectors, including Tier 1/OEM requirements and industry dynamics.
  • Effective communication skills across various mediums.
  • Professional demeanor, earning respect within the marketplace.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience and responsibilities.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry, including supply chain processes and common terminology.
  • Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficient in forecasting and analyzing historical data to identify potential sales trends.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with automotive product sales processes and customer value streams.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
  • Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Adaptability to changing market dynamics and customer demands.
