Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator and Analyst at Zobility, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate submission of the TREAD Early Warning Report (EWR). This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quarterly Planning and Reporting: Support the quarterly planning activities to maintain the TREAD reporting timeline, preventing risks to submission deadlines.
  • Data Sharing and Agreements: Facilitate the exchange of Data Sharing Agreements documents with Data Source Owners, documenting source owner agreements and confirming sign-off for quarterly record counts.
  • Data Analysis and Trend Identification: Identify increases or decreases in records from data sources quarter-over-quarter, engaging Data Source Owners to understand reasons for data fluctuations, and using this information for reporting and trend analysis.
  • Data Gap and Exception Resolution: Resolve data source gaps and exceptions to determine reportability and ensure complete and accurate data for quarterly TREAD EWR reporting purposes.
  • Data Discrepancy Documentation: Document data discrepancies identified during source gap and exception work, interacting with Data Source teams on updates required for further processing.
  • Trend Analysis and Review: Identify notable trends found in narrative mappings and lead the completeness and accuracy analysis for the quarterly TREAD EWR reports.
  • Business Process Improvement: Involvement in continuous improvement actions for TREAD EWR reporting, including IT and business system and process improvements to streamline TREAD activities and minimize risks in reporting.
  • Repository Maintenance: Assist in maintaining an electronic repository of TREAD data and reporting.
  • Process Updates: Support regular updates to the TREAD processes and procedures.
  • New Source Identification: Ongoing assessments of new potential TREAD reportable sources.
  • Information Sharing: Information sharing with other TSRC teams.
  • Ad Hoc Requests: Supporting ad hoc requests from Legal and NHTSA as needed.
Requirements:
  • Regulatory Experience: Some experience in regulatory, engineering, quality, manufacturing, or business.
  • Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to process data and analyze trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills.
  • TREAD Experience: TREAD experience a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Process Thinking: Ability to identify, interpret, and apply/communicate regulatory changes to business systems.
  • Technical Skills: Strong adaptable abilities in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and specialized reporting software.
  • Professional Demeanor: A professional demeanor to enlist the help of legal counsel for interpreting new requirements.
  • Task Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to review and summarize large amounts of complex data.
  • Machine Learning: Machine learning experience is a plus.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a business, mathematics, engineering, or technically related field.
