Position Overview:

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a simplified manner to non-technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current operational methods to enhance efficiency through standardization, improvement, simplification, or discontinuation.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook and OneDrive.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in user support is required.
  • Experience with Service Now is essential, along with strong customer service skills.
  • An Associate Degree in Computer Science is mandatory.
